Cylinder inspection:
1. The most suitable temperature for using cylinders is 5-60 ℃, and when the ambient temperature exceeds 60 ℃, sealing needs to be considered; If the ambient temperature is below 5 ℃, accidents may occur due to the freezing of water in the circuit, and prevention of freezing should be considered;
2. Do not use the cylinder in an environment with a risk of corrosion, as it may cause damage or poor operation;
3. The compressed air used must be clean and low moisture air;
4. The cylinder cannot be directly used in the environment of Cutting fluid, coolant, dust and splashes; If it is necessary to use it in this environment, a dust cover needs to be added to the cylinder;
5. If the cylinder is left unused for a long time, it should be operated regularly and protected with oil to prevent rust;
6. When disassembling and assembling objects connected to the cylinder shaft end, the cylinder must be pushed into position (the cylinder shaft center cannot be pulled out for disassembly and rotation), and it should be evenly locked under equal force, and manually pushed until no interference is confirmed before starting gas supply.

1. Lifting posture: When handling the robotic arm, a crane or crane should be used. Before carrying and lifting, it is necessary to use a lifting rope to firmly thread the robotic arm and control the balance distance. Only then can the robotic arm be lifted smoothly and carried out handling operations.
2. Tie the lifting rope from the base side to the side near the electric box, thread the lifting rope into the cutting hole on the inner side of the horizontal chain, and tie the hook to form a triangular balance state. Slowly loosen the screws in the base hole and control the balance of the lifting rope. When the machine is not stable, tighten the base screws and readjust the balance of the rope.
