Five axis injection molding machine is mainly used for quick injection or complex angle injection, especially suitable for long shape products such as automotive products, washing machines, and household appliances. Five-axis driver and controller integrated system: fewer signal lines, long-distance communication, good expansion performance, strong anti-interference ability, high accuracy of repeated positioning, can simultaneously control multiple axes, simple equipment maintenance, and low failure rate. The rotation angle of the A-axis: 360°, and the rotation angle of the C-axis:180°, which can locate and adjust the angle of the fixture freely. Both have a long life, high accuracy, low failure rate, and simple maintenance.

 

 

Function Buttons:

 

(1). [Start] button:

 

Function 1: Press “Start” in Auto state and the manipulator will enter the automatic running state;

Function 2: Press “Origin” and then “Start” in Stop state, and the manipulator will return to the origin;

Function 3: Press “HP” and then “Start” in Stop state, and the manipulator will reset the origin;

 

(2). [Stop] button:

Function 1: Press “Stop” in Auto state and the program will stop after the module ends.

Function 2: When an alarm occurs, press “Stop” in Auto state to remove the alarm display that has been resolved.

 

(3). [Origin] button: It is only applicable to homing actions. Please refer to Section 2.2.4 “Homing Method”.

[HP] button: Press “HP” and then “Start, all axes will reset in the order of Y1, Y2 Z, X1 and X2, Y1 and Y2 will return to 0, and Z, X1 and X2 will return to the start position of the program.

 

(4). [Speed Up/Down] button: These two buttons can be used to adjust the global speed in Manual and Auto state.

 

(5). [Emergency Stop] button: In an emergency, pressing the “Emergency Stop” button will cut off the power of all axes, and the system will alarm “Emergency stop”. After turning the knob out, press the “Stop” key.

1. Work Procedure:
